Making and Dispatch time
All the jewellery you see on our website is handmade from scratch using sheet or wire in silver or gold. It means the piece you receive may not be identical to the item pictured. We only use natural gemstones and handmade beads so the piece you receive may not be the exact shape or shade of colour that you see in the picture (please also bear in mind that, while I do my absolute best to capture the true colour of a gemstone or bead, different devices may display pictures slightly differently).
This means that the piece you have bought is completely unique to you - which we think is rather fabulous!
Dispatch times for most items is 7 working days from purchase. Dispatch times for items requiring engraving is 6 weeks.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We send all our parcels with Royal Mail.
UK orders have the option of First Class shipping (£3.50) or Special Delivery (£10).
Shipping to the rest of the world is charged at a flat rate of £11.
IMPORTANT: All international orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and will incur duties, fees and import tax on arrival at their destination. These charges are set by your local customs and must be paid to your local carrier before the item will be released. These charges are not collected by Hannah Weston Jewellery and cannot be claimed back from Hannah Weston Jewellery.
GIFTWRAPPING
STANDARD WRAPPING - All orders sent in jewellery boxes (necklaces, some earrings, bangles, bracelets and cufflinks) will arrive wrapped neatly in tissue paper secured with a branded sticker. Some earrings will arrive on a card, in an organic cotton pouch.
During special holidays (e.g. Christmas) Hannah Weston Jewellery may offer additional premium gift wrapping services, there will be a small charge for this service and there will be a clear 'opt in' opportunity for customers.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. PLEASE NOTE that all European orders will attract new import charges due to the UK having left the EU - these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
