Shipping | All orders are sent in letterbox friendly recyclable packaging by Royal Mail either 1st class (£3.50) or Special Delivery (£8) - we highly recommend opting for special delivery for orders over £50.

Returns | Due to the personalised nature of this item, we regret that it is non returnable unless faulty. Should it be found to be faulty please contact hello@hannahweston.com with a clear picture of the fault being reported.
